בימים אלו Think Creative (מיכל שלם ועו"ד מיכל לבנטל אנדרסון) סיימה את כתיבתה של תכנית מקיפה לחינוך הטכנולוגי בישראל ביוזמת קרן ביחד והקבינט הציבורי לחינוך וכהרחבה לתכנית חינוך 2030 אותה הצגנו בנובמבר 2020. החינוך הטכנולוגי מהווה אבן יסוד לחוסן לאומי כלכלי ולהיערכות המשק לאתגרי המאה ה-21 ויש לו תרומה משמעותית לצמיחה עתידית, בפרט בעידן הפוסט קורונה. התכנית המלאה, חינוך טכנולוגי 2030 - רצף למידה מחטיבת הביניים לעולם התעסוקה, מצורפת כאן לעיונכם.
במהלך המסע להכנת תכנית נחשפנו לשחקנים השונים באקוסיסטם של החינוך הטכנולוגי, רובם ככולם מבינים את גודל השעה, חדורי מוטיבציה ותשוקה לתחום. השטח תוסס, זה כשלעצמו מהווה נקודת פתיחה נפלאה לשינוי.
הנחת העבודה היא כי המצב הרצוי הוא שבוגר מערכת החינוך והלמידה במדינת ישראל יהיה בעל יכולות ומיומנות להשתלב בהצלחה בחברה, בכלכלה ובשוק התעסוקה ולפיכך לחינוך הטכנולוגי לסוגיו יש חלק מרכזי בכך. ההון האנושי בישראל חייב לעבור קפיצת מדרגה ושדרוג משמעותי, הכולל העלאת סט מיומנויות הבסיס של הלומדים.ות והתאמת ההכשרות לצרכי המעסיקים, במטרה להעלות את פריון העבודה ולצמצם פערים. החינוך הטכנולוגי הוא הבסיס לטיפוח הון אנושי ובעל תרומה והשפעה מכרעת על כושר התחרות והעלאת הפריון של התעשייה והמשק בישראל.
בתכנית המקיפה התוונו את הצעדים הראשונים הנדרשים לצד אסטרטגיה ותכנית פעולה לטווח בינוני וארוך אשר יאפשרו את מימוש הפוטנציאל והכנת הדור של היום ואלו הבאים אחריו להשתלבות מיטבית בעולם התעסוקה. זהו ללא ספק חלק מתפקידה של מערכת החינוך.
Think Creative (Michal Shalem & Michal Lebenthal Andreson, LlB) completed a comprehensive plan for Technological Education in Israel, initiated by the Beyahad Foundation and the National Public Board of Education, and as an extension to the Education Program 2030 which we presented in November 2020. On the journey of preparing the plan, we were exposed to the various players in the ecosystem of Technological Education, most of whom understand the importance of the times, are motivated and passionate about the field. The field is vibrant and optimistic, which in itself is a wonderful starting point for change.
The working premise is that the desired situation is that the graduate of the education and learning system in Israel will have the ability and skill to successfully integrate into society, the economy and the labor market. Technological education of all kinds plays an essential part in this. Human capital in Israel must leap forward and upgrade itself, including raising the set of basic skills of learners and adapting training to the needs of employers, in order to raise labor productivity and reduce gaps. Technological Education is the basis for the cultivation of human capital and will contribute and influence the competitiveness and productivity of industry and the economy in Israel.
The comprehensive plan outlines the first steps required alongside a medium- and long-term strategy and action plan that will enable the realization of the potential and preparation of today's generation and those that follow for optimal integration into the world of employment. This is undoubtedly an integral role of the education system.
